CLAIM
A post claims a photo depicting a massive crowd of APC supporters in Kaduna is authentic and not generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

FINDINGS
Findings by The FactCheckHub reveal that the claim is FALSE, as visual forensic analysis and AI detection tools confirm the image was generated using Artificial Intelligence.
On Saturday, 24 October 2026, the APC flagged off its presidential campaign in Kaduna, with Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, and other party leaders in attendance.
Following the event, photographs and video footage showing the rally were widely circulated across social media and other media platforms. However, amid the authentic visuals, an image purporting to show a massive crowd at the APC rally also began circulating online, prompting questions about its authenticity.
Visual inspection of the image shared by the Facebook user reveals multiple structural and physical anomalies characteristic of AI-generated crowds. The FactCheckHub notes that the crowd in the image appear headless, truncated, or merged together abnormally, completely lacking detailed human facial features.
Furthermore, despite portraying a political rally where leaders address supporters, the image lacks any podium, sound equipment, or elevated stage structure. The actual footage and videos from the rally showed a podium.

The crowd also exhibits uniform lighting with a complete absence of natural shadows, while all flags appear positioned at identical angles and heights, unrealistically implying that all flag bearers are of uniform height and orientation. Authentic footage from the rally showed a diverse arrangement of promotional banners, customized attire, and varied flag positions held by supporters across the venue.

To further verify its authenticity, The FactCheckHub subjected the image to digital forensic analysis using detection tools. Results from ZeroGPT returned a 99% likelihood of being AI-generated, classifying the image as fake. Similarly, DeepAI rated the image as 99% fake, confirming it was created using artificial intelligence models.

VERDICT
The claim that the photo shows an authentic gathering of APC faithfuls in Kaduna is FALSE. Visual forensic analysis and AI-detection tools indicate that the image was artificially generated, rather than captured at the rally.
