Ressa formerly served as a CNN bureau head in both Manila (Philippine) and Jakarta (Indonesia). She has written many books, including her most recent biography, “How to Stand Up to a Dictator.”

She will appear at the GlobalFact 11 in conversation with Phil Chetwynd, Global News Director of Agence France-Presse (AFP).
